Remembering loved ones this time of year can be difficult. But what better time to celebrate and remember the many cherished memories and traditions we have made over the years. Memories that can fill us with the sights, sounds, and warm feelings of those we have loved and lost.

As part of the holiday season, and in compliance with COVID restrictions, we would like to invite you to join us virtually as we honor family and friends by lighting our Annual Tree of Remembrance. The Tree of Remembrance provides a time to reflect and celebrate and at the same time, you can help others who come to FAIRHOPE seeking care, comfort, and diginity at the end of life.

A gift to the Tree of Remembrance benefits the FAIRHOPE Hospice Memorial Fund. A angel, heart, or cross memorial ornament can be yours with a gift of $15 or more. Ornaments not shipped immediately will be displayed on the tree through December 31, 2023.

To reserve your ornament, please complete the online donation form on this page or print out the PDF and return the form to FAIRHOPE Hospice & Palliative Care, 282 Sells Rd, Lancaster, OH 43130. If you will be ordering more than 5 ornaments, please call our office at 740-304-0869.

A portion of your donation may be tax-deductible, minus per ornament value of $15.00 for angel or dove, and snowflake.
