Advance Illness Management

FAIRHOPE is excited to open an Advanced Illness Management (AIM) clinic for patients seeking palliative care for their advanced and serious illness. The clinic will open late summer 2024. The clinic is located at 1319 E. Main St. in Lancaster, Ohio which was Dr. Scott DeLong’s former building. Dr. Jerig will continue his OB/GYN practice on one side of the building.

What is Palliative Care?

It is a specialized medical care that focuses on providing relief from the symptoms and stress of an advanced, serious and life limiting illness. The goal is to improve the quality of life for both the patient and their family/caregivers.
