An Order of Fried Chicken
A man recently entered FAIRHOPE’s compassionate care. Prior to signing on to our service, he had been a patient at a Columbus area hospital. When he was admitted to the Pickering House, he definitely had “an attitude”. He said that no one listened to him or cared. One of the little things that bugged him was that he couldn’t have what he really wanted to eat for dinner.

FAIRHOPE Hospice & Palliative Care, Inc. is offering Teen Support Group Tuesdays this summer. The drop-in sessions are offered every Tuesday through August 13 and run from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Anyone can attend and no registration is required.

FAIRHOPE Hospice & Palliative Care, Inc.’s Annual Trash to Treasure Sale Reached a Record High – Raised Over $14,000
FAIRHOPE Hospice & Palliative Care, Inc. held a Trash to Treasure Sale on Friday, June 7 and Saturday, June 8 to benefit the FAIRHOPE Hospice Memorial Fund. Hundreds of community members came to the Fairfield County Fairgrounds and purchased gently used items that needed a new home. Also, several volunteers helped by collecting, sorting, storing, cleaning, pricing, selling and packing.
