All patients receiving care services will be provided a copy of the Fairhope’s Patient’s Bill of Rights with an explanation by a Fairhope Team Member.
Any patient who believes his/her rights have been denied, who desires to lodge a complaint about any aspect of service, or care, should contact Fairhope Hospice & Palliative Care, Inc. verbally or in writing.
Fairhope’s President & CEO or Director of Clinical Services will make every effort to resolve the complaint to the patient’s/family’s satisfaction. We will investigate and document the complaint. Once investigation is complete, the patient/family will be notified of the resolution of the complaint.
We advise patients and families unsatisfied with resolution of complaint that they may lodge complaints with any of the following organizations:
