LANCASTER, Ohio (October 9, 2018) — FAIRHOPE Hospice & Palliative Care, Inc. selected Julie McGill as its October Employee of the Month. The employee of the month is a peer nominated award, the employees put in nominations and a name is drawn. This award recognizes employees who go above and beyond in their care, compassion and commitment to others.
“We know everyone makes a difference in our organization,” said Denise Bauer, FAIRHOPE President/CEO. “And, we want to recognize those who go above and beyond. Although Julie hasn’t been with us for very long, she consistently demonstrates compassion and commitment to others through her work.”
McGill started working at FAIRHOPE Hospice & Palliative Care because she had great interaction with the staff when a family member was in their care. When she’s not at work, McGill enjoys spending time with her family. She likes any candy or snacks with chocolate or peanut butter and enjoys pretzels.
