LANCASTER, Ohio (June 18, 2020) — FAIRHOPE Hospice & Palliative Care, Inc. is now offering several telehealth opportunities to patients and their families. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, FAIRHOPE has provided safe and reliable care to those they serve and is continuing to take steps to maintain the health and wellness of their patients, staff and community by limiting their patient-physician exposure. These telehealth services are designed to allow their physicians and grief support team to remotely care for each person wherever and whenever they need it via FaceTime or phone calls.
“Our top priority is protecting our patients with the best and safest practices during this challenging time,” said Denise Bauer, FAIRHOPE President/CEO. “We are proud to be expanding this resource beyond grief support in order to best serve our patients in their time of need.”
Medical staff are currently taking appointments. For patients, you can schedule by calling 740-654-7077. For children and adult grief support, you can schedule by calling 740-785-6546.
