LANCASTER, Ohio (November 15, 2019) — FAIRHOPE Hospice & Palliative Care, Inc. awards Carissa Dean as the November Employee of the Month. The peer-nominated award is determined after drawing from employee submissions to recognize one employee who has gone above and beyond in their duties and improved the quality of care to patients and their families.

For nearly two years, Dean’s goal to be part of something bigger than herself has been fulfilled through FAIRHOPE. By caring for patients and their families, she’s been able to make a real difference in people’s lives. After a rewarding days work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and kids.
