Volunteers attend comprehensive training offered by a team of nurses, social workers, volunteers and various specialized team members. Training can be as few as an hour or more in depth training will be provided for those interested in direct patient care. Trained volunteers work under the direction of the Directors of Volunteers and in collaboration with the Hospice Team.

Volunteer Training

Do all the good you can.
By all the means you can.
In all the ways you can.
In all the places you can.
                        At all times you can.
                               As long as you can.
                                       ~ John Wesley
